Navodaya Vidayalaya Samiti to be notified for admission process for admission to class VI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas through an entrance examination namely -Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test JNVST 2022 for the session 2022-23.

ELIGIBILITY:

Studying in Class V in this academic Session in a Govt./Govt recognized school in the same district, where JNV is functioning and to which they are seeking admission. Studied and passed classes III & IV from Govt./ Govt. recognized school. Studied full academic session in each class. Should study for full academic session in Class-V from the same district from where admission is sought. Born between 01-05-2009 and 30-04-2013 (both the days inclusive)

JNVST Exam Pattern:

The selection test will be of two-hour duration from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm and will have 3 sections with only objective type questions. There are 80 questions in all for 100 marks. 15 Minutes additional time is allowed for reading the instructions. Hence, the candidates have to report latest by 11:00 AM on the examination day.

RESERVATION:

At least 75% of seats for children from schools located in rural areas. 1/3rd seats for girls. 3% seats for Divyang children. Seats for Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe as per Govt. of India norms.
